By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization. We do not store your card or banking info. In case of failed transactions, services will not be rendered. Valid refund requests are processed within 7-10 working days.

7. Refunds and Migration

Payments are non-refundable. However, migration to another course may be possible depending on availability. Overpayments due to technical issues are refundable upon claim within 3 days.

8. Communication

By using our services, you consent to receive SMS, emails, or notifications related to academic updates and services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Xenon. Reviews or comments submitted by you may be used without compensation. Do not reuse site content without permission.
